 As winter approaches, there's nothing more comforting than knowing your home will stay warm and cozy, no matter what the weather throws at us. At Griffiths Heating, we understand how crucial a reliable boiler is to your family's comfort and safety. That’s why we’ve crafted our Heating Boiler Care Plans, designed to give you peace of mind and exceptional value.


How Does it work?

Simply choose one of the plans below that seems to suit your needs.  Click on the sign up button and enter your details.  Once you have done his we will contact you to arrange a boiler service.  Once we have serviced the boiler your plan then will become active.


What's the catch?

We are a small local company serving our community not a large multinational corporation serving their shareholders so we like to think don't need to rely on onerous terms and conditions to try and get out of claims.  We want to keep it super simple.  If your boiler breaks down we will fix it - all within the cost of your service plan.  There are some instances where we won't repair the boiler.  If the boiler is damaged on purpose or is neglected we can't be responsible for that.  We also do not cover replacement of the main heat exchanger as when that fails it is a sign that the boiler is past its's best and due for replacement.  Not every boiler can be repaired - sometimes a replacement is necessary.  All care plan customers will receive 10% off the price of a new boiler when the time comes to replace it.

What's Included in the bronze plan?


  • Annual boiler service & safety check.
  • Flue gas analysis.
  • Check operation of all internal boiler components 
  • Gas leak test.
  • Water Quality test to make sure your system is not suffering from corrosion.
  • Cleaning of all system filters if present.
  • Check that all controls are set correctly to ensure that the boiler is running at maximum efficiency.
  • Priority call out in the event of a boiler breakdown.


All care plan customers benefit from a same day call out service (Mon-Fri) if their boiler breaks down and a call is logged with us before 10am.  This plan does not include any parts or labour.

  • All parts and labour should your boiler break down.
  • Unlimited call outs
  • No excess


All care plan customers benefit from a same day call out service (Mon-Fri) if their boiler breaks down and a call is logged with us before 10am.  This plan includes all parts or labour inside the boiler casing except the main heat exchanger.

  • All parts and labour should your boiler break down.
  • All parts & labour should your heating system break down - radiators & pipework and any components outside the boiler case are now covered.
  • Unlimited call outs
  • No excess

  • Priority call out in the event of a boiler breakdown.
  • All parts and labour should your boiler break down.
  • All parts & labour should your heating system break down - radiators & pipework and any components outside the boiler case are now covered.
  • All parts and labour should you have any plumbing problems
  • Unlimited call outs
  • No excess


All care plan customers benefit from a same day call out service (Mon-Fri) if their boiler breaks down and a call is logged with us before 10am.  This plan includes all parts or labour on your entire plumbing and heating system.
